Weekly check-ins: We’ll make sure the plan is delivered and your teams are kept in the loop by holding weekly check-ins. Here you’ll get an update on progress, stats on the number of cases raised each week, and a review of the time you’ve used.
Monthly meetings: We’ll discuss the progress we’ve made on your cases and review any other work to be prioritized for the next month.
Quarterly meetings: Here we’ll review the service and agree on the focus for the next quarter.
