How does it work?

If you’re new to Workbooks, you can choose between Project Management Pro and Core. Both include the following functionality:

Projects Management Pro also includes:

Multi-company management

Manage different legal entities in your business and track which entity had created the sales order or invoice.

Multi-currency documents

Keep transaction documents in different currencies. Automatically convert values to a global currency so that you can easily run reports across your organization.

Advanced security

Workbooks comes with industry-leading security as standard, but this option gives you even more control. Get Single Sign-on with Microsoft Azure AD and the ability to build more complex security rules.

Audit trail

Track every change in the system to see who changed which values, and when.

Custom records

Many standard record types are included in Workbooks. This allows you to create your own custom record types.

Contract management

Process orders, create invoices and customize contracts. Track and set dates for individual items covered by the contract. Create custom fields to track.

Project Management Core: £28 per user, per month.

Project Management Pro: £44 per user, per month.
